Stendert is the Chief People & Sustainability Officer at Ecotone, one of the highest scoring B Corp companies in food & drink / FMCG in the world.
It is his mission to build organizations that thrive by aligning people, purpose, and planet. He is particularly interested in how to build future-fit leaders: those who can navigate uncertainty, act with courage, and lead for impact. He frequently speaks and writes about sustainable leadership and he is the co-founder of the sustainable leadership model which is aimed at learning experiences that help leaders develop the competencies needed for a more a sustainable future.
Jan Bart is founder & owner of JBBX. He has a passion for development of people, teams and organisations. He started his career at large corporations and realised how much energy is being lost in human interaction.
He works at various (international) clients on advanced leadership practices, inspiration, clarity & insights and a practical approach to sustainability and systemic work.
